I need to edit the shipping charges on a store order I have received and send the new invoice to the customer. Please help. TIA

Hello,

Unfortunately you would need to create the item anew with the proper shipping charge and have the buyer go through the purchase again. You can request a refund for the original purchase -- if you need the refund link let me know.
