I'm brand new to Vendio and just opened a store. I had open ebay auctions and an open ebay store with items in it. After opening my vendio store I clicked on the link to import my ebay auctions. Nothing really happened so I went on to create new items in my vendio store. I recreated everything in my ebay store in my vendio store and then closed my ebay store which ended all of the auctions. My regular auctions were not affected which was the plan.

Now when I look at my store it shows in the left menu category bar that I have 19 items. That's what it should say. But when I click on the All Items link it shows all of my vendio store items, my ebay store items and my ebay online auctions and says there are 61 items! So there are duplicates in my store.

What do I do?? I emailed tech support early this morning and have heard nothing.

Hi Cheryl,

If you wrote us from the Contact Us page, it went to your Customer Manager tab. Please note - we are now using Customer Manager to send customer service emails back to our customers. You will be alerted to the fact that you have an incoming email when you see the Customer Manager tab turn orange. There is no charge for this service, so you are not in danger of being charged if you click on the tab.
