Hi. I am totally new here, as of today. I am having problems launching my items, I have added to my store. It won't let me launch, because it states there is no site information on file?!! What the heck is that? I must be doing something wrong.

Hi there,
It sounds like you're trying to launch items to eBay or an auction venue. To create a Vendio Store listing, you just need to create an inventory item (under Sales Manager -> Inventory) and under the Qty in Store field enter a quantity greater than zero. Once this is done, the item will appear in your Vendio Store.
