I've been with Vendio since it was auctionwatch. The user name that I signed up with no longer fits the items that I sell. I have an eBay store, Vendio store and 100's of auctions going.

I want to change my Vendio user name to the name of my Vendio Store. Is this possible?

I had asked this question a couple of years ago and was told that it couldn't be done. That I would have to open a new account with the new name, move all my pictures to the new account, bomb all my auctions/store items and start over. It's such a simple thing to do. Is it possible to change our Vendio user names now?

Hello,

We can do name changes now -- because this process is manual, there is a processing fee of $25.

If you are okay with this please send an email to [email protected] with the name that you want, so we can check availability.
