I have a customer who made a store order, but it's not showing in my POST SALES. Some of them are showing, but most are not. Please help.

Hello,

Are you now able to view these items in your post sale? I checked a moment ago, and it does appear that all of these items are combined into the same order when you go to the post sale management page.
