Hi ... the last couple of store sales I've had, when the buyer paid through paypal, the shipping costs were not entered in there.

If I re-invoice them for the shipping, I'm hit for another 30 cents for the transaction.

Can you look at my item #744550728 which is the latest example, and tell me what settings I have wrong that is causing this?

I don't think I've changed any settings lately, so I have no clue what might be doing this.

At first I thought it was absent minded buyers ... but this is too many times in a row for it to be user error on the buyer's part.

Thanks for the Help !

P.S. ... Are you thinking about adding Overstock Auctions yet ????

Hello,

We are very interested in seeing how your buyers are skipping paying the shipping costs for your items when checkout shows it being selected properly.

When we checked the original for this item though we were unable to locate any record of this item in inventory, has it since been deleted?

Also, would you be open to our placing a .01 test item in your store to purchase and test this on further?

Regards,
Christopher

Oh. My Bad. As it turns out, that one wasn't a good example.

But here's another example 742946554

And yes, feel free to add an item for 1 cent ....

You'll notice my account hasn't been used all that much lately ... I've all but quit ebay and until youse guys gear up for Overstock, the only store sales I get in my Vendio store are those brought in through froogle or direct hits on my website.

Meridian is currently the only viable 3rd party software and frankly, they don't hold a candle to Vendio.

A lot of the sellers are having trouble with computer compatibility and other issues. You would gather a bunch of new business ... sellers are desperate for post sale and inventory management and they are crying out for store capability ... there's a wonderful opportunity there.

Someone is looking into it, right ???

Thanks for the help

Hello,

Ok, I cannot find a scenario where paypal doesnt drop the shipping cost when you are about to submit funds, although each page prior shows the shipping costs correctly.

What settings or preferences do you have setup on the PayPal website that ties into your accepting payments, perhaps something you have setup for accepting payments stemming from your own website?

Regards,
Christopher
