Hi does anybody know if I have to pay for gallery in order to upsell on my Vendio Store? They say you can list up to 4 items in your checkout as upsell items - but I can't seem to find anywhere in my product listings to specify these cross sell items and or deals.

The Vendio gallery service doesn't tie into the Vendio Store. It currently cross promotes between the eBay auctions and ebay store (if you have one).
If you're seeing something different, please provide the page you saw it on so I can look into the discrepency.

Can you please tell me exactly how to display upsell/ cross sell items during checkout from my Vendio Store? They somehow became enabled, but I have no way to choose the products.
As for the Gallery I see now that this isn't related to the Store - just the Ebay functions.
You can set up your cross sell items through inventory. If you go to one of your items currently listed for your store, you should see a Promote Your Items section in the Store Information tab. This is where you can set up cross sell information.
