I am trying to open a new store & have several problems. I used Sales Manager Pro to list. I listed item A with a store quantity of 12. Go to store & it shows 1. Go to check out & it will let me order 1000. Problem #2 I had prefernces set to use calculated 1st class & calculated Priority. Calculated 1st class didn't show up on Sales Manager Pro & I didn't know it needed to. Now everthing I listed under 1 pound shows no shipping charges at check out.Help!!!

Hello,
You sent us an email about this and I wrote you back with the answers -- please check your email. However I will post the answers here anyway just in case you didn't get the email.
You can enter 1000 in the field, however when you try to proceed with checkout it will come back with an error stating that that quantity isn't available, and that you have to pick a new quantity. It won't let anyone order or pay for a quantity that you don't have.
A new version of Pro is going to be released that will contain the new options available for shipping and handling. The only one available in Pro is USPS Priority calculated. For items you list from now until the new Pro is out, you'd have to pick a different shipping option -- schedule them for a future launch date and upload the batch -- unschedule them online in pending, edit and change the carriers, then launch. It is a lot of steps so let me know if you need more help on that. The new version should be out soon though, so you wouldn't have to do this for very long.
