Do they tell you what they are trying to do when they get that? You said you got the same, what were you doing when you got the error? We haven't had any other issues regarding stores.

Another email this morning. Trying to load:
http://shop.vendio.com/vintageads4u
Customer said it hangs and at the bottom of the page it says: "web site found waiting for reply"
After a minute or so they get this:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Same with me. However, if they enter the store via any of the other pages, no problem.

I was able to load up your store successfully. Perhaps it is related to your internet connection -- are you able to tell what ISP your customers use by their email addresses? If so, is it the same as you? What is your ISP?
Is it just the store you can't load or do you have problems loading other areas of the site, when your store times out like that?

I use RoadRunner Premium high speed. I'll check the next email that comes in. It is intermittent. In fact after I reported it to you it came blazing in. And it is just the "home" page.

Another message saying that when selecting "view all items" they get a time out. They are on roadrunner too according to their email.

Some ISPs don't adapt to change as quickly as others -- for example, AOL typically produces time out pages for a few days (after we change site UI) but after this time has passed, everything works as it previously did. RoadRunner might be doing the same as AOL. Sometimes if you refresh the page a few times, or clear cache and cookies, the pages will work properly. Normally after a few days or so this will go away but if your customers continue to have issues with loading pages, we'll escalate to engineering to see if there is a bigger issue at hand.
