Something strange is going on...
All of my store customers so far have gone through checkout and paid with PayPal but have completely missed the postage amount, paying only for the item and not the postage. I went through the checkout myself to see what was happening and the postage amount is included in the checkout process.
We checked your storefront and you appear to have everything setup properly. We also ran a test transaction through the system and it seems to be sending the checkout informaiton to paypal properly as well.
