Am new to Vendio and using Sales Manager Pro to create listings. Am putting everything in my store to begin with (will go back later to launch Ebay listings/auctions). Have a few questions:
Since there is no indication in SMPro of Int'l Shipping options (have set up preferences correctly, I think), will this option be present during checkout to the customer?
If not, I agree with previous posts, it's much too time consuming to go back on each store item and modify. When is the new SMPro version expected to be out?
Also, why doesn't my Inventory Folder display from the assignment made in SMPro? This is another thing I'm having to do manually, online. I select the appropriate category, but then the Inventory Folder isn't appearing.
Since Pro does not incorporate the new split of domestic and international shipping in your online global preferences, anything you list from Pro will give all shipping options to all buyers. So if you have an international buyer checking out for that item, they'll see all options.
I am not sure when the new version of Pro will be available, but it will contain the new shipping options.
Online and offline Pro do not synchronize so unfortunately your offline folder assignments will not carry over. If you are listing store items though, they go into your online inventory automatically (since store items are managed via inventory).
