I am confused. Can a customer NOT pay via paypal with a credit card when buying from my store? Just got an email from you (vendio) saying that a purchase went thru paypal, but the customer says it was glitchy and her paypal and mine do not show that the transaction was completed. Please advise. I am not sure that she used a credit card--only that she chose paypal as method of payment.
If you set up your Paypal account to accept credit card payments, our system will recognize it because it is still seen as a Paypal payment. Did she tell you what type of problems she had?
