There appears to be a problem with my shopping cart, in that it is not working properly. For example, when a item is selected and placed into the shopping cart, the customer cannot continue shopping, because the 1st item chosen is deleted when the 2nd item is chosen. When choosing 2 or 3 items, only the last item chosen appears in the shopping cart and appears at checkout.
However, this problem does not appear when the additional items are chosen from the "Other Great Items" area of the checkout page. Further, when 2 items are selected from shopping cart, the insurance cost is doubled at shipping options (I think I know the answer to the insurance problem).
How do I know this? I tried to do all the above while testing the checkout process.

Hi there,
I just tested this from my side, using your Store, and I was able to add items to the cart without eliminating the first choice. Is this happening when your buyers checkout from an eBay listing, or from your Store? Also, what browser/version are you using? I did notice that I had to click through the "secure and unsecure items" prompt when going through checkout.

Hello,
Knowing the gateway in which your buyers get to your storefront will help. There are ways to setup a website to 'frame' another website within, but doing so can kill the shopping cart function when you try to add more than one item at a time.

Thank you both for your replies. I was testing the store checkout while using AOL 9.0. I will try afain with IE this afternoon.

I still am unable to purchase two items through the store. I have allowed cookies, and used both IE 6.0, and AOL 9.0. Neither will allow me to add a second item.
Further, I have a question out regarding the Special Instructions" box at the payment choice page. The box will not show text, even though, text has been designated.

It does not matter what items I choose. The same result for all. Except, if I choose from the 4 promoted items, in the side column. The promoted items can be easily added to the shopping cart after any item is initially added to the cart.
I access the website from a web redirect - www.kozersky.net. The redirect is from NameSecure.
