I had a customer buy a couple of items from me. But I haven't received payment but vendio states yes according to the invoice. But when I looked at the checkout screen it says UPI dispute by the payment section. Does anyone know what UPI dispute mean.

Hello,

UPI is usually the inpaid item dispute that you would go through for eBay itmes, not Vendio storefront listings.

If this is a Vendio storefront item, note that the confirmation email will indicate the selected payment option the buyer chose, but will not confirm that the payment was actually sent/received. You will still want to verify that they have properly submitted funds.

Regards,
Christopher
