Customers are telling me they are getting the Cannot find server message when trying to get my store. I have same problem but it is intermittent

Sorry for the delay.

Are you still running into this issue at all?

I checked now but it seemed to be loading ok.


When you did run into the error, was it when you were going directly to your storefront, or when you were going to your own URL that is currently setup to redirect to the storefront?
