We have had another Vendio store sale and the buyer thinks they have completed the check out but have not. They think they have sent payment through Pay Pal but did not complete check-out.
Will Vendio ever set it up so we can send a payment reminder on Vendio store sales.
This has been brought up before and by others.
The check out page is confusing when trying to check out with Pay Pal for new users.

Same Problem, different day, and with a twist. I put a check next to item and click the remind button above and get this message:
Error: At least one of the auctions you have selected is a Store item. Store items are not available to perform the action you have selected. Please review your selections and try again
I have two emails from this buyer and they can not check out with pay pal. They can't get back to the check out.
Here is the listing ID # 900625914
Here is the second listing ID same item because they could not get back to the shopping cart after browsing the store # 900621277
They can not get back to eaither one of them in the cart to check out and we can not send an invoice or a reminder.
