I have had two customers who have used the add to cart button from Vendio Stores, but their items have not been added in.

I went into buyer checkout on the last one to try and add the item to the cart and it shows it's there, but it does not come up in post sale management or show as closed.

The other problem I see is when I clicked on Add to Cart for the item I got the pop up box warning that I was being directed to a site that was not secure?

I want to combine the Ebay store items and the Vendio item into one invoice with a combined shipping amount. How does the customer purchase additional Vendio items and then wait for a combined invoice?

This is the Vendio store item - http://shop.vendio.com/iceicepenguin/item/896753868/index.html
I have combined the two Ebay store items already.

Please advise as to what needs to done to correct this.

Thanks,
Gerri

Now that I've combined the Ebay Store items, it won't add in the Vendio item at all!

Please respond ASAP as I am continually adding new inventory. I don't want to add any more inventory if no one can purchase it...

Hello,

The buyer will first need to checkout before the new item will be added to post sale management as an order.

In order to combine the eBay Store items with the Vendio Store item, you will first need to uncombine the eBay Store items. (It is not possible to combine orders together if one of them is already combined.)

If you continue to have trouble with this, please provide the listing numbers for the eBay Store orders.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello Nathan,

I went through Checkout for the customer before combining the items and it still wouldn't work.

Could you please separate Order #896823425 for me or let me know how to do it. Ebay Listings in order 270006895352 & 270007037529.

I will then go through checkout, again for the customer to see if it will complete the sale.

Thanks,
Gerri

Go to your combined listing.
Under Customer History, there is the buyer email and the link "EDIT". Click on edit. This will allow you to uncombine.

Ok, I figured out how to separate them and went back in and redid checkout and it worked.

But, the problem as I see it is the shipping issue. Both customers didn't want to complete checkout until the combined shipping total was correct (as quoted to them through email inquiry).

So please clarify this for me.
So, any of my combined Vendio and Ebay purchases must first be completed all the way through Checkout before I can adjust shipping costs?

Thanks, Beth!

How do you handle this issue with combined shipping?

Am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you Beth!

Gerri, if the shipping that you are offering your buyer is different from the shipping that is in the listing, then the buyer would have to complete checkout before you can edit the shipping costs. Once they have completed checkout, you can edit the shipping information at the time that you combine the orders.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions on this.

Regards,
Nathan
