I haven't had a Vendio store open for a few years and I don't seem to remember a thing! Right now, my concern is putting closed ebay items into my Vendio store. These were all initially created on Vendio. Just a few light, basic questions:
1- The only way to add items to only my Vendio store is: 1) create new items, or 2)pull from my inventory, correct? There is no option to 'move' my closed & unsold ebay auction/store items into my Vendio store directly? [Just wondering if there was a faster way than editing each inventory item, then finding the items again in inventory to launch into my Vendio store.]
2-Being so used to seeing ebay store items in my 'active' listings, I am finding it odd that my Vendio store items do not appear in 'active': am I missing it or is there another way to see a list view with some specs about each item that is currently only in my Vendio store?
3- Once an item is sold from my Vendio store it goes directly into 'post sale', right? Just checking...
4- Is there a way to close/cancil an item in my Vendio store?
I am sure that I will have a bunch of other questions!
Thanks
Paula

To move closed ebay items to your store you can go to Post Sale, Unsold items and then indicate that you want to relist them. At the bottom of the page (yes, you will have to edit each one separately) there is a box you can check that says: Sell __ of these in my Vendio store for $xxx.
Then save and close. You can then Archive the closed listings in Post Sale, Unsold. Then go to Pending, because they will be sitting there also and delete them. The ones you just edited will be in your Inventory, Unfiled Folder.
NEXT....
Active store items don't show up anywhere for you to monitor. You just know when one sells, when you get the Vendio notice and it shows up in Post Sale.
TO CLOSE OR CANCEL an item, go to Inventory and then either move the amount to O or delete it. This will remove it from the store.

Thanks Beth,
I sent one to my store from inventory last night to see how it worked. I edited the item in inventory (added store quantity) then saved....then went back to inventory and launched it to my store. I did not think to edit the closed/unsold items directly that way- which I think will be easier- thanks for that info. I also knew I would have to archive it from closed/unsold but did not realize that it created a copy to Pending...thanks again (as they are just clutter in there!)
Thanks for the other info also- I thought I would remember how the store worked but I am amazed at how quickly I forgot!

I seem to be adding items from my post-sale/unsold ebay auction list to my Vendio store fairly fine- with 3 Vendio windows open I can easily see what has to be archived (from post-sale/unsold) & deleted (from pending) without have to go back and forth
I have just one question at this time (more to follow I am sure!):
1) When I select the item from post-sale/unsold that I want to put into my Vendio store, then click 'relist' so that I can edit the item to add it to my Vendio store, I have to check off & put a number value in 'quantity to sell in store' (makes sense)... I put in '1' (that is the total number of this item that I have and I am really just moving this item from ebay auction/store to Vendio store). However, after I launch it into my Vendio store then go back into my inventory it says 'quantity of items in store: 2'. I checked my Vendio store it indeed it only shows '1' of each of these items for sale- which is what I want.
So, it's odd that when I go into my inventory it says I have '2' of these items in my Vendio store (though there is in actuality only 1 of each of these items showing up). Any ideas?
I can live with this as it only puts 1 of each item in my store, but I guess I was wondering why it is doing this or what I am incorrectly doing.

ooooooo!
**Everyone disregard my above question!** I just realized that when I edit a post-sale/unsold item to put that '1' item in my Vendio store- that when I clicked 'save', it *automatically* goes into my store [duh!]. I thought after I editied the item, then saved it, that I had to go back into my inventory and 'launch' the store item...
boy I feel stupid! and that also eliminates one of my 3 steps/windows and makes moving these items sooo much faster!
