Hi, I'm thinking of adding a Vendio store along with my Ebay store. My question has to do with how it is handled when an item is sold in the Ebay store and vice versa. Each of my items are 1 only. I know Ebay automatically removes the item when it sells but is the Vendio store one removed too or whould that have to be hand done? Also if the item sells from the Vendio store, will I have to hand remove it from my Ebay store.I use the selling manager pro for my listings. Thanks! Lynn

Lynn - I do not recommend that you list the same item in both stores. A sale in either the Vendio or ebay store, does not remove the single item, which is listed in both stores, from the other store.
On occasion, I find that my inventory counts are off. A couple of times, I have had only one of an item which was listed in both stores. During the night, the items were purchased from both stores, and I had a lot of explaining to do.

Thank you! I can see where that could be a very ticklish situation. Maybe what i'll do is take some of the older items from the ebay store and just list them in the Vendio store

Hello Lynn and Bill,
Thank you for the input Bill! Yes, we absolutely recommend only putting items that you have qty 1 of on one venue at a time. This ensures not running into overselling.
