Hi, When a customer has a question about an item, they send the item number that Vendio assigns to it to me. How can I find out what item they are talking about? I don't see any place to search by that number. For example, this customer is wanting to know what the total discounted shipping charge will be for these items:
#824980872 4 @ $4.95 ea
#848147660 4 @ $12.95 ea
#895874080 4 @ $8.95 ea
#861110753 4 @ $10.95 ea
#857704088 4 @ $5.95 ea
#823393313 4 @ $8.95 ea
#848147693 4 @ $7.95 ea
Just how can I find out what the items are? I don't want to sound stupid to my customer and have to ask what items they are wanting but I don't see this number anywhere unless I go into my store like a customer and click on an item. Then I can see that number. I have over 700 items showing in my Vendio store and can't take the time to look at each item. Shouldn't this show up on inventory somewhere? Thanks!!
The numbers that your customer is giving you are part of the website address of your Store. There is a random number assigned to each item that is in the Store so that it can have its own page. The numbers aren't really designed to be used to locate the items, but the good news is there is an easy way to locate the items based on the numbers.
Please paste the following website address in your web browser:

Thank you Nathan!! That worked perfectly! I'm sure there are others that would like to know this. I think you add this info in the stores help questions and answers. Thanks again!!
