I have a question - on my vendio home page - it states All Items = 132 which I assume is the number of items I have listed in my Vendio store. But when you click on that All items link next to the 132, all my items including ebay auction and store come up. That seems like an error to me as I would think that if I'm clicking on that, only my Vendio store items should come up. Maybe that's why I've only had 1 sale out of my Vendio store in the month and a half I've had it open?

Hello,

The "All Items" link will pull up all of your items including your active eBay listings. You would need to click on one of the specific categories to only pull up those listings. There is an option to not include any of your eBay listings in your Vendio Store, and you can do this by going to "Vendio Stores" --> "Edit Properties" --> "Other Details" --> "Show only vendio store items at my checkout and my store." --> "Save".

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Nathan
