Am I the only one that has a Vendio store and sells nothing out of it? I have had my store open since the beginning of September - over 2 months now and I have sold one item. Granted I only have 175 items in my store but you would think I would have had more than one sale. Any ideas? Anyone in the same boat? I'm ready to dump my Vendio store - all it's doing is costing me and extra 5 bucks a month and I seem to be wasting time putting stuff in there when I could just put it at Ebay - granted for higher cost but at least it sells there.

Hello Donna,
Are you actively promoting your store? I realize that I'm stating the obvious here, but if nobody knows you have a store, then you will receive no traffic, no buyers. You do have the ability to add a store link to your ebay auctions. In order to add a link to your Store (Gallery) to all of your new auctions, please click the Store Manager tab and select the following option:
"Promote and Increase traffic to my Store. Include a Store
banner in all of my auctions."
Save, and any future auction that you create through Sales Manager will contain your Store link. (Please note that the link will not appear in any existing active or pending auctions, or auctions that are relisted that did not initially contain the link.)
I hope this helps! Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.

I use Vendio Gallery in my listings, I have a domain name pointed at my Vendio Store - www.queenofcollectibles.com and I put a flyer regarding the store as well as the www address on the business card I put in every package I ship out so to answer your question - yes, I promote my store.
