If you search my store and the item is not available, a second search box appears (this time in the middle of the page).

If you use enter a search in that second search box then all items are returned instead of the item you entered.

Hello,

Click the 'search' button when you enter the word into the second box, rather than just clicking enter on your keyboard to see if that changes the behavior in your browser.

Christopher

That does it. It works if you don't hit enter. Is there anyway to make it work for customers who are used to hitting enter rather than a search button (drat that google for training us to do this!)

Hello Beth,

I've escalated this to our engineers. You're right, hitting "enter" should do the same thing as clicking "search".

Regards,
Nathan
