Customer made a error, and does not want the item, and did not pay for it. How can I cancel sale & put item back in inventory? Thanks,

Hello Mike,
You will have to manually put that item back into your inventory. We are going to offer a feature soon that will add inventory back once the order is canceled. To remove that item from your post sale you will just need to archive it.
