In the past few months approx. 90% of my Vendio store sales end up with no contact, no payment from the buyers.
Prior to that, my store sales were almost all followed through with immediate payment.
Is anyone else noticing this problem? Is there something that can be checked to make sure that the buyer has a smooth transition from the store to Paypal?

Hi there,
We are aware of an issue that was causing payments not to be processed, but this was on Paypal's side, and has been resolved. There was another Paypal issue that was causing problems in buyers even accessing the site from any third-party checkout system, and this was resolved in late January. I would guess that these problems have resulted in reducing the number of completed sales from your store. As both issues are resolved, you should start seeing the trend reverse. If not, or if you receive any information from your buyers as to what is happening when they try to pay - please let us know.
