Hi,
The shipping for items that are subject to the Priority dimensional rate charge are not being calculated correctly.
I have a handful of items that need to ship in a box bigger than a cubic foot. If these items got to a zone 5 to 8 the cost needs to be calculated on the dim rate not the actual weight. I have properly put the dimensions of the boxes in the listing yet the calculator still spits out the actual weight charge as opposed to the dim rate charge.
If I get a customer in a zone rate 8 and they choose Priority mail the difference can be off by $15/$20 or so.
This is not a minor inconvenience. It could create havoc with buyers having to be told after the fact that their shipping costs are substantially higher.
I trust that you will look into this asap.
Thanks in advance. ~ Sharon

Hello Sharon,
This may be related to some other USPS changes we are working to correct currently, but if you have any examples we can use to test with we'll verify this to be true for you.

This is still a problem!!
Almost 2 weeks have passed. I guess I have no other option than to pull my listings that are affected by this.
