Is anyone else having a problem with their site being down? Mine's been down for several hours now.

Thanks,
Leslie

Hello Leslie,

I was able to get to your Vendio Store without a problem. Have you already tried clearing your browser cache? If so, please try using a different browser and let us know if that changes the results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using Mozilla Firefox try using Internet Explorer. Please let us know the results.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan,
I tried Firefox and IE both. I still am not able to access my store. Additionally, I tried clearing out my browser cache. The message I'm getting on both is "cannot find server."
Thanks,
Leslie

Hello Leslie,

Please confirm that you are using the correct URL for your Store. The correct URL is:

http://shop.vendio.com/FashionByDesign

Also, what happens when you try to go to:

http://shop.vendio.com

Do you get a "cannot find server" message for this address as well?

How about the address:

http://srch.vendio.com/usearch/

Please let us know.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan,

These two links show the same thing, cannot find server.

http://shop.vendio.com/FashionByDesign

http://shop.vendio.com
******
The third brings up a store search
http://srch.vendio.com/usearch/
when typing in my store name safety first or fashionbydesign, it comes up with no results found.

Thanks,
Leslie

Hello Leslie,

Please run a traceroute on your system to examine the actual network route between your system and the Vendio Store website.

On Windows: Go to Start -> Run. Type in 'cmd' (no parentheses) in the 'Open' box. A black command window should open. In the command window, type:

tracert -d shop.vendio.com

The output of the traceroute will show the path between your system and Vendio. To copy the text from that command window, highlight the text with your mouse then position your pointer into the title bar of the command window and click on the *right* mouse button, then click on 'Edit->Copy'.

Here is an example output:

Tracing route to 128.241.88.1 over a maximum of 30 hops

1 <10 ms <10 ms 10 ms 10.128.0.62
2 <10 ms <10 ms <10 ms 67.119.114.30

Please let us know the results. The results will help us determine if (and more importantly where) a problem may exist.

Regards,
Nathan

Try this instead:

tracert -d 128.241.88.24

If that one doesn't work for you, please let us know if this one does:

tracert -d 128.241.88.1

Nathan
