Here is a strange thing about vendio's uploads to google.

Go to google products.
Now I have an ad in my vendio store:

World Brand Silverware Ad 1904 Steck Piano Gnomes

Search for "world brand silverware ad" and I come up

take out the word silverware, and I do not show up...but my two competitors do.

Goantiques: World Brand Silver Good Housekeeping Ad

and

Steve Otis: 1906 Vintage Ad World Brand Silverware American Silver


For some reason, google is only capturing the EXACT title, not all the words.

Strange stuff. I notice that I am slowly disappearing on google, google base and google products.

Would like to see other's experience, tips thoughts on vendio store and google, google products and search engines.

After reading your post I did a bit of poking around on google and what I found was that if your title isn't exact then it doesnt show up. Example I list my ads this way 1952 BROWNING AD AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN SUPERPOSED if do a search for "browning ad" my VS shows up on the first page 4th down.

but search "browning superposed" "browning shotgun" I will be way way down the food chain in the google search. Soooooooooo.... I will have to change the titles of my ads to?

1952 BROWNING SHOTGUN AD AUTOMATIC SUPERPOSED
OR
1952 BROWNING SUPERPOSED AD AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN
OR
1952 BROWNING SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN AD AUTOMATIC

Is my thinking correct here?

Well it is strange that the competitors don't seem to have to do this, at least not in my example.
