Is there a way to get feedback from customers as to their shopping experience in our vendio store? I realize that they can e-mail us but I'm thinking more in terms of something that would show up in the store. this could be based on feedback provided by customers in a variety of ways including a short survey at time of checkout, or perhaps we could upload e-mail responses that have been sent to us. In terms of a survey at checkout we might even be interested in offering a discount or other incentive for their time in providing us this valuable sales information.

Oh my ... the one place that we can sell our goods without fear of someone leaving negative remarks that do not reflect our attempt to handle sales properly. You want to turn the Vendio store into another ebay?
Send stamped, self-addressed post cards with the order. Ask for their opinion. Use a section of your item description to display the good ones.

I have made the suggestion to Vendio of posting the number of sales/transactions completed on your storefront. Adding the last transaction date would be a nice touch, too. I think that would suffice to convince customers that your store is active and currently providing service.
This seems like it would be simple to accomplish and also provide a selling point for Vendio. If sellers see something like that, it is a motivation to sell more in order to have a high number of sales/transactions posted. It would feed on itself.
I am officially making this suggestion once again. I think it would be a terrific enhancement and help boost everone's business.
As far as feedback, I don't like the idea. It's too easily abused.
