Is there a way to reset the counter in my store. I been looking, but can't find anything. Maybe I am just missing it.
The only place you would be able to reset the store counter is from our old counters page, which we no longer link to from the main site.
The problem is that its usually buried in with all of the other counters you have used. I was however able to find the page with your store counter on it, which you can view and reset as needed from the following URL: http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/count/index.html?page=15&dd=0

I have been working with customer service also trying to figure out how to get into my website counters which were set up several years ago. Unfortunately, I think they have been lost in the shuffle - probably like yours! I can bring up anything I listed on ebay from several years back but not from my website. If you guys have any suggestions let me know. The counters are still there and working but to modify, reset or doing anything with them is beyond me and I guess Vendio too.
wwwamericana - where are these counters you speak of? (seeing it may help us help you track it down.) And did you copy the counter code from here in your 'wwwamericana' Vendio account years back to manually paste over onto your website?
