I think I understand correctly that Vendio sends a feed of store items to Google. How long does it take for your items to show up on Google and how often are the items sent? TIA.

Hello,
We do send a feed of your Vendio Store items to Google Product Search (formerly Froogle) on a daily basis (but not at a set time). Any new items that you post in your Vendio Store should appear on Google Product Search within about 24 hours. If you have Vendio Store items that are not showing there, please let us know an example so that we can take a look.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I started putting items in my store last night and they don't come up yet but it hasn't been a full 24 hours. I'll check on them again in the morning and if they're still not showing, I'll let you know. Thanks.

Ok...a couple days have now passed and I can't seem to find my Vendio store listings on Google. Could you check it out for me please? Thanks...some things I can't find:
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS CERAMIC HELMET MUG CUP 1986 EX COND
Betty Crockers Old Fashioned Cookbook (the listing from when I had my storefront at Buy It Sell It comes up but not the listing from Vendio).
If you need more listings, let me know.

Hello,
Our engineers were able to see the problem, and they have opened a ticket with Google. At this point it appears that the problem is on Google's end, but I should have a more definite answer for you once we hear back from Google.

My stuff not showing up either. Do a search for Vernor's ad and you get my ebay and ecrater and blujay store but not vendio.

Our engineers and Google were able to locate the problem, and you should start to see your Vendio Store items in Google Product Search within the next 24 hours. Should anyone continue to have trouble with this after that time, please provide the title of an example Vendio Store item so that we can take a look.
