In the last two days I have built invoices for two customers who purchased multiple items from sites not supported by Vendio through my Vendio Store.
I go through the store as if I were the customer and purchase the first item fill in the customer info and then click on the continue shopping button do the same and I have to fill in the customer info AGAIN! Very redundant and not customer friendly
It never did this before. Before I would hit the CONTINUE SHOPPING button and I could select the next item and then fill in the customer info once.
You should be able to correct this by editing your browser settings to remember information that is entered into forms. If you are trying to add multiple items to the same order, then it is best to add all of those items to the shopping cart before continuing through Vendio checkout and entering the customer information.
