Hello,
I would like to know how do I change the shipping charge amount on Vendio store sales after a buyer completes checkout? My items are set with the shipping charge for just one item, then when an additional item is purchased the shipping charge on the 2nd items receives $5.00 off that charge. Example, the 1st item has a shipping charge of $8.95 and the 2nd has $8.95 so a $5.00 discount is applied and the total is $12.90 ($8.95 + $3.95) This usually works for 2 items, after that the charge is not right. When a buyer orders more than 2 items I can give a better shipping discount and need to be able to go in and change the shipping charge. I want to manually enter the shipping charge and then send an invoice to the buyer. I don't see anywhere that this is possible with the Vendio store. I have so many "no sales" due to this problem. The buyers buy, clicks to pay, sees the shipping charge and then just leaves without paying! Please help! Thanks!

Hello,
You may edit the shipping cost for a combined Vendio Store order by first clicking on the post-sale keys for the order. Then be sure that step 2 is unchecked. Under step 1, click the "Edit Checkout and WBN" button. Then scroll down to the "Shipping & Handling" section. Select "Use the following shipping and handling settings for the entire order" and enter the total shipping cost into the "Shipping Carriers" section.
Once the shipping cost has been edited, you may send the corrected Winning Bidder Notification from step 1 or your post-sale.
