I have several item in my vendio store ?? the new beta store
Only I am not able to find any of them when I do a search on Google ??
Any help would be great ?? did I miss something I should be doing ??
My other store shows up every time I do a search..

Hello,
In order for your items to show on Google Product Search, please log in to your Vendio account and go to "Channels" --> "Comparison Shopping" --> then click "Set Up Google Product Search Account" and follow the steps (there is no charge for this). Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after taking those steps. Note that it can take 48 hours for your Vendio Store items to show on Google Product Search.

Anyway we can list to googlebase? Might help in light of the fact that the problem on uploads to google products is unresolved (and googles fault).

Hello Beth,
The instructions that were provided in this thread are for setting up the Vendio Store in the new version of our services to distribute items to Google Product Search, which is the same distribution that you get with your current Vendio Store.

Hello Beth,
As far as I am aware this problem should now be corrected. I checked a few of your items and I was able to locate them on Google Product Search. Are you still having trouble with this?

In order to distribute the items go to "Channels" --> "Comparison Shopping" --> click the "Distribute Items" link --> select the items and click "Distribute". Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the items to be distributed after making this change.

wrights, I can't even locate your store in a google search. I found links to your ebay and bluejay stores. No link to your new store.
Further, the security notice (problem with the site security certificate), came up when attempting to access the link to the bluejay store.

I did notice none of my blujay items were not coming up in search also.. ???

Did you take the steps that I outlined in my last reply to you, in order to distribute the items? It will take 48 hours for the items to appear after you have distributed them. When did you distribute them?

Stop...... This next step... I am trying to tell you the link will not work... My mouse goes over it.. and I click on it and nothing happens .....click the "Distribute Items" link -->

Hello,
Is it the "Comparison Shopping" link you are having trouble with or the "Distribute Items" link? If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox. If you get the same results, can you get to the other links in Vendio? Or you have having this problem with multiple links in your Vendio account?

I did clean my files and my cache
and it is with the link to Distribute Items
All of the other links are working fine ??
How do I change browsers ??

In that whole area where this link is Distribute Items and the other links that are in the gray area.. do not work either...
like Shopping Channel, Status, Last 24 hours Items Sold, Click-throughs

I got it to work....
I did not see the link In the far right side of page...
one question..
I sell many different items..
when I did these..
I put in each item
after "" other "" Coffee mug if that was in the title.
"" Other "" belt buckle.if that was in the title.
Do I have to do that for each one ???
Just asking as it will be very time consumming for me ??

Hello,
I am glad that it is working for you now! The "Other" box is where you would put what type of item. So you would want to put something that gives a general idea for what type of item you are selling. I see that you have successfully distributed the items, so please give it about 48 hours and then take a look and see how they are appearing in search.
