ALL my store items are missing from the Google product search, and from a Google search. Everything. Not one item.

Which would indicate that there is a problem with the feed, and most likely has been for a long time.

I am very disappointed that this situation exists. What is the problem?

Hello Bill,

Our engineers took a look, and noticed that some (but not all) of the items are showing now. At this point it appears to be a Google issue, but we will continue to investigate. In either case, it appears that the problem is beginning to clear up (it might take a couple days for all of the items to appear).

Regards,
Nathan

I checked this evening. Items from my competitor appeared, however, there were no items displayed from my store.

Hello Bill,

The problem has reappeared, and our engineers are continuing to work on this. It does appear that this is a problem on Google's end, but that is not definite at this point. We will let you know as soon as more information is available.

Regards,
Nathan

None of our items are showing in Goolge from our Vendio Store.
We tried using the very title of many items. None showed.

Hello,

Our engineers are continuing to work on this, and hopefully it will be resolved shortly. Unfortunately, I have no additional information available at this time.

The same thing has been happening to me. For over a week I have been contacting support about the SERIOUS problem that none of my items are showing up in Google shopping. In all past years, going back nearly 10 years, all my store items have been visable in Google shopping. Now nothing and nothing but stock answers from Vendio. "It's Googles fault" 'we are working on it" etc. but nothing gets done. I am starting to get really angry about this serious breach of services.

I wonder if the problem is limited only to stores on the "old" platform? Are the stores on the "new platform" experiencing the same problem?

Bill has a point. My vendio store shows up in google search but not in products. However my products from ecrater are on there...no problems.

What use is a "free" store if nobody sees it?

I am having the same problem. Nothing is listing to Google product search. I have had no sales in 8 days. This is getting really frustrating. Obviously there is a problem with the feed. Is there a solution vendio is working on to this problem?

Hello Dave,

We are currently putting the feeds through manually, and have done so for all the other users in this thread and will do so for your account also shortly.

Chris

May 12th I posted a congratulation for my April increase in Vendio store sales(26). I haven't had a single Vendio sale since. I noticed this thread and double checked Google and couldn't find any of my items listed except eBay. Is this going to change?

Hello,

wrights_racing_and_sports - do you have another account under the older Vendio storefront system? As your current one would not be effected by the current issues mentioned above. (as your wrights_racing_and_sports account is on a different store system that was setup to send feeds a different way - that isn't currently effected by the issues causing the other stores feeds to fail.)

Chris

Another

"ME TOO"

My store items are missing from the Google product search, Shopping.com and shopzilla. All are listed so that should be showing up on these websites. Even my competitors, who also have vendio stores, are not showing up.....

Vendio Adertises

"Multi-channel Selling Under One Roof
The Vendio Platform — Simple. Reliable. Intuitive."

Vendio has no live customer support without charging for it. Used "contact Customer Support" on June 3rd when we realized there was a problem and recived a response from David Purdue, saying they were working on it (June 4th). Obviously the issue is still unresolved and yet we are being charged for this month's billing without any service. This past bill was a little less as there haven't been any hits but no discount for lack of service. Someone is billing but no one seems to be solving the problem.

Another issue that concerns me is that Vendio did not notifiy me of this problem. I had to find it out myself. Vendio would just continue billing me for services not provided and let me think that the issue was just lack of sales. My last sale (not including customers sent by my self) was on May 13 2009.

Hi simpleeirresistable,

We've added you to the list - this should be done soon (and we're continuing to work with Google on a more permanant solution... )

Thanks,

Diana

Can you please add me too? Thank you.

I have had no sales since changing over to the new platform, and quite frankly, I am finding the new platform to be quite a pain to use. I am glad I did not opt for the $10/month program, but even the free vendio store is not working out so well now.

I had a lot more sales with the old system and I did not have to add my own google feed with the old system...it was added automatically for me via Vendio.

Why are we having to add our own google feeds now with the new platform?

What a pain!

Hello TBQS,

Note that your storefront does not have any issues with submitting items to Google base. You can even review/manage the items that Google is currently displaying from your storefront here

Chris
