I am getting so very frustrated trying to create items to list in my ebay store.
everything I try fails.
messages I get:
Messages
Store Ads
There was an error when validating the Store Ad. Please try again.
eBay Info
There was a problem validating the eBay ad. Please try again.
what they actually mean and what I have to do to make those messages go away. I have no clue.
This software is very frustrating.
Any help that actually accomplishes me being able to successfully create listings will determine if I keep this.
There are currently some problems using IE8 with our website, and our engineers are working on correcting those problems. In the meantime, you should be able to work around them by running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode. Please give this a try and let us know should you continue to have trouble. You may find instructions for running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode here:

I too am getting frustrated - using IE7. Keep trying to just 'create new item' in my store, it says 'successful' but the item is never to be seen. Also, 'Images' is shown but no option to add to the listing. Not finding solutions in the help manual either.
I checked your account, but was unable to locate any saved items. Could you please confirm the method that you are using to create items for your Store? Are you going to "Items" --> "Create Items"? Also, at what point do you get the "Successful" message?

I am goint through items-create items. It asks item info, i enter, hit save, then I get the successful message and nothing. I then go into 'my items' and it's not there. I choose ' new item' from there, repeat filling out the fields (still no image option) also, 'folders' with the pull down arrow has no options either. I again, hit save and again, get item successfully save....apparently into the unkown abyss.

One more thing, I keep getting a reminder to 'Before selling, make sure to configure your account settings'. I've gone through every tab possible and can't figure out what I haven't configured. Thanks again!
In addition to the "Item Info" section, are you filling out the other sections in the "Create Item" page as well? (Such as the "Store Info" and profile sections.)
You should be able to add an image from the Create Items page by clicking the "Add Images" button near the top of the page. Then click on the image and click the "Attach" button.
Could you please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not it gives you the same problems? For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.
Also, I wouldn't be concerned about the message to configure your account settings. I don't think that is related.
