What is the easiest way to identify sales made from my Vendio store? I missed items that I should have shipped. The list of orders shows with all of my ebay sales and it is very confusing. Is there an easy way to identify just the Vendio sales. Maybe I am doing something wrong or maybe there is a bug here.

The best way to keep track of your Vendio Store sales is to send a confirmation of the purchase to the buyer, and select to receive a copy of the email. You may change this preference by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Items" from the drop-down box at the top --> select the "Yes, send confirmation email" option and be sure to leave the box checked for "Send a copy of the email to me".

I am still very confused. Can you check Order #2000296397 Mike Schmidt Rookie. Looks like someone bought it. It shows as Sold Out in my store. As far as I can tell it was not paid for. I am not getting an email to tell me about this even though I set the preferences to cc me. Maybe this is related to the other problem with Checkouts that I reported.
We are working to eliminate these from showing up or altering the available quantity as this is unfortunately an abandoned shopping cart that the user never fully completed the checkout process on.
From the orders page, select this item and use the button to cancel it so it adds the quantity back to the available column.

Hello,
You should be receiving these at the primary email address that is set in your Vendio account (under "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> "Primary e-Mail" ). If you are not receiving the emails at that address, please try temporarily changing to a different email address, in order to see whether or not you can receive them at a different address.
