I have not been succesful in finding answers to some of the questions, so I will list these below. Thank you in advance to anyone able to assist.

I have several items shown as featured. I enabled these to avoid having no products at all on the Home page. How do I not show these on the product pages? These featured products are not specific to every category, so removing them completely from some pages is one solution. Removing them from selected sub-pages is preferred. These featured items absolutely must Not Be Shown at all on the Shopping Cart page to avoid buyer confusion. How is this done?

How do I expand the Categories list to show both the primary and sub-categories, so that the entire directory tree of categories is shown at all times?

How can I permanently disable the coupon feature so that it does not appear on the Checkout page? I do not want to always have to be telling customers I do not use coupons. I do not wish to have customers think some buyers get coupons and others don't.

How can I enable the ability to adjust ordered products and quantities after a customer has gone to the Checkout page? Forcing them to go to a purchase page to adjust quantities will cost us customers, obviously, and cause abandoned orders.

These are the deal-breaker questions in being able to offer any stores through your Vendio service, so Thank you for your time.

Hello,

When you add an item as a featured item, it is necessary to also show the item in a category of the product pages. It is not possible to show an item as a featured item, but not show it for sale in a specific category. Note that you may add the items to multiple categories, if you like.

Your buyer will need to click to expand the main category in order to see the subcategories.

Could you please be more specific about the coupon option that you are trying to disable?

We are working on correcting the problem so that some buyers will not need to go to the checkout page to remove products they no longer want. I do not have an eta available at this time.

Regards,
Nathan
