Bulk import is nice, being able to specify categories during bulk import, would also be nice. Being able up do a bulk update, because you already specified which categories items are in manually, and you need to update HTML in all product descriptions would be great.

From what I currently see, in order to update the 54 items I have, I would have to have to manually update each item, or delete all the items, and reupload the corrected bulk upload, then go back in and specify categories.

If an update was allowed on the upload that would be great....is this the place for suggestions?

Or is it possible and I am missing something?

Thanks
Jason

Hello,

Thank you for the suggestion, we will pass it along to be check into/considered further.

Currently if you needed to change the item description for your ads however you would need to edit them one by one, as even a bulk editing tool would at best allow you to bulk apply one value to a number of fields at once - something users would be unlikely to be able to do with unique item descriptions.

However being able to import from a CSV file and opt to simply overwrite specific fields without actually importing them as new items could be useful, thank you for taking the time to contact us about this.

Regards,
Chris

Yes, especially in my case where I intend to have 1000 items and they are mostly priced the same, to play with prices it would be good to be able to drop the price on 500 selected listings, raise the price on 500 others, all with very few clicks.

Hello,

The find and replace tool would easily be able to tackle that type of task. You can use it to bulk set a specific price or bulk change the pricing by increasing/decreasing the existing set price.

The find and replace tool is at the top of your items list.

Chris
