I have another order in my vendio store orders that shows as being bought, but doesn't show up as the payment being received, even though they did pay. Is there a way to fix this so that I don't have to go to the order and manually update them to show payment being received?
This recent item that showed up on your orders page isn't a Vendio storefront transaction, rather a reference to an item that sold off of eBay (not one that you had listed from Vendio, rather one of the eBay listings you imported into your account when you signed up.)
You can however get imported non-Vendio launched listings to show as being paid in your orders page, by setting up your 'PayPal Integration Instructions ' - more information on doing so can be viewed here: http://sell.vendio.com/preferences/orders.jsp?tab=orders
