So I got my store all set up and ready to go. I thought i would give it a test run before making it visible. So i went to my site and made an order for my self.. and when i was adding items to cart, the last item would always override the previous item therefor i would only have one item in my shopping cart. how can i change this so that my customers can add more than one item to their order??? thanks .
Try again in Internet Explorer 8 if that is what you were using at the time you run into this issue and let us know if the problem persists. If so, go to Tools + Compatibility View and see if it stays the same or if that helps the issue.

when i used the address you listed. it works. but if i use my web address it still overwrites...

Can you confirm the computer operating system and the browser and browser version your using when you run into this error?
Unfortunately we have been unable to replicate the error your referring to in the available OS/Browser- versions available to us and we will likely need to test your exact scenario.
The problem your referring to typically only happens when you do what is called a 'frame redirect' on some domain admin pages, but that isn't what your domain is using currently.
