Hello,
There isn't a way to preview the item as a Vendio Store item, unfortunately. However, you can still get a good idea what the main part of the item will look like by being sure the box for "use HTML Editor" is checked at the top right of the description section. Then view the description box in order to see how the main part of the Vendio Store item will appear.
