I have a few banner ads from affiliates that I would like to ad to my site. Can someone tell me where do I go to add them? I have copied the html code for each.

Hello Eric,
There isn't a specific place on your Store that was created to enter banner ads. However, if you are familiar with HTML code you should be able to add them. One way to do this would be by taking the following actions:
1. Go to "Stores" --> "Store Editor".
2. Select "My Content" from the top of the page and click "Add New Content".
3. Type in a name for the section and enter the HTML for the content that you would like to appear in your Store --> click "OK".
4. Navigate to the page where you would like the new content to appear.
5. Go to "My Content" and select the new content that you created.
6. Select whether you are adding the content to only the one page or to all pages.
7. Select the area of the page(s) where you would like to add the content.

I follow the exact steps and nothing shows up on the site once i click preview. I see all the red dots and I click one and it doesn't put it anywhere. Im so confused. Can you do this for me or no?

Hello Eric,
Please save the section that you are trying to add to the "My Content" section of your Store Editor. Then let us know the title that you have given it and exactly where you are trying to add it to your Store, so that we can try to duplicate the problem.

I just added 3 banners. I followed step by step of what u told me and they are not working.
I selected to add 1 banner under the shopping cart on all pages, 1 banner on top of the product section and 1 banner under the categories section. Nothing is working. Please help!

Hello Eric,
I checked your account, but unfortunately there is still nothing saved in the "My Content" section. Are you able to save the content, but then have trouble adding it to your Store? Or are you not able to get past the process of saving the content itself? Please note that the content can be saved prior to actually adding it to a page. Please try saving the content, and then let us know where on the page you would like to add it, so that we can try to add it for you. Here are the steps again for how to add content (which once saved we can try to add to your Store for you).
1. Go to "Stores" --> "Store Editor".
2. Select "My Content" from the top of the page and click "Add New Content".
3. Type in a name for the section and enter the HTML for the content that you would like to appear in your Store --> click "OK".
Once the content has been saved, you should be able to see it in your Store Editor under the "My Content" file menu (be sure to save the changes to your Store Editor after adding the content, or we will not be able to see it).
I do see that you have now added a section with the name "Amazon 1". However, there is no HTML code or content in the section. Please go to "Stores" --> "Store Editor" --> "My Content" --> "Amazon 1" --> "Edit" --> click the button at the top right of the pop-up to change the box so you may enter your own HTML --> enter your own HTML --> click "Save" --> and save your changes in the Store Editor. Please let us know once this has been completed.

I do see that you have saved and created a new section under "My Content", but there is no actual information/data/HTML code currently saved in that section. Please follow the steps outlined in my last reply to you in order to add the HTML code to that section, and let us know once it has been completed.
