Every day when I check for sold items, i am seeing 1 or 2 items that said they went to checkout but did not complete. Some of the items referred to arent even on the site anymore. I use Statcounter to track where the hits came from and, as today, there have been no hits, but a item shows in checkout status What could be causeing this.

Usually this would happen if the buyer had started to go through the checkout process, but did not complete the process. However, do you have an example that has not yet been canceled? I took a look at the order that you referenced, but as it has already been canceled it is difficult to tell exactly what happened.

Have you deleted any inventory items recently, by any chance? After taking a look at the item my best guess is that the buyer started to go through the checkout process, but did not complete it. Since then the inventory item was deleted from your Vendio account. This also might explain why Statcounter is not showing the hits. I'm not exactly sure how Statcounter works, but it is possible that it does not show you the hits for items that no longer exist. Also, if you have not deleted (or edit the SKU) any inventory items within the past couple of days, please let us know.
