Recently returned from a month away from Vendio and our store image thumbnails are not showing on the browse page.
I can see that the images are there in the image manager, but in the product/item manager there are no thumbnails attached to the product.
The thumbnails did show at one point and we have not made any changes, yet the thumbnails are now showing.

Hello,
I checked your account under "Item" --> "My Items", but I was able to see an image thumbnail to the left of each item. Are you currently having trouble with this? If so, please let us know exactly what you are seeing in the "Thumbnail" column.

We have found a solution for this. Apparently our images were set to expire after a certain period of time. The images were expired so we had to re-upload them. I used the Xpress publisher to do this.

When publishing the images back into Vendio, you must be sure to select the image folder that the item were in originally. After that, the images show up, no changing settings, or re-editing items.
To prevent this, I went into "My Images" and set "ALL" images to "Auto-Renew".
If anyone else is having problems with this, post here and I will try and help out.

Just a heads up to anyone out there with some errors using this method.
The Xpress publisher automatically shortens the filenames, so if you have really long descriptive filenames, they will be cropped when using the Xpress publisher.
Since the default image uploader in the vendio works with 100+ images easily. I would recommend using that method instead.
