I was trying to change something in description and add shipping weight etc. 9 out of 10 times the changes didn't record, even thought I clicked save. I have to go back to redo and redo. this is the first time I've had this problem. not sure what to do to fix it.
Could you please let us know the name of one of the items where you are having this problem, the exact change that you tried to make, and also whether or not you received an error message when saving? Please let us know and we will try to duplicate the problem in your account.

Hi Nathan,
I duplicated the problem using Google Chrome (Firefox hasn't had the issue yet).
The Zelco BBQ Light in my store was the most recent one (which I fixed with Firefox), the Clarity and Fantasy massage oils I'm leaving untouched, they haven't taken to edits.
I tried multiple changes including direct html and the editor, various letter styles, copy-and-paste versus raw typing, etc. In the oils I tried to remove the shipping note and the vendio gallery line from the import.
I also attempted to update the shipping weight and measurements which didn't take either.
No error, "item saved successfully".
Hope that helps - love Chrome, hate waiting on firefox to open...
