i have a website already through another host. i have had it for several years and don't plan to change the hosting to vendio because the site was created through the other hosts system.
i want to place my vendio store into my existing website... but i want my buyers to only see my web address, not the vedio store extension with my name on it.
You would need to go to the registrar where you registered this URL and setup what is called a 'Frame Redirect.'
What that does is always mask the URL in your browser to show a specific URL, regardless of what the real URL is.
Just watch closely when you go to setup the redirect as there is a generic one you can do but it shows the real URL once it redirects and then the 'frame redirect' where it always masks the URL.
Double check that your shopping cart still works properly after setting up the frame redirect, as some registrar's frame redirect will break it and only allow one item to be added to the shopping cart at a time (which you can work around using HTML to do the frame redirect instead if you have hosting space where your domain is currently registered.)
