I can see all of that, but when the Edit Logo box comes up it won't let me browse for an image or even type anything in to change it.
If you haven't already, could you please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps? If it does not, please let us know whether or not you have the same problem when using a different browser. (For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox and let us know the results.)

I am having the same problem--I click on edit logo and when I click on browse, nothing happens. I cleared my history & cookies but still can't get the browse to work.
Try simply enabling the compatibility view option in Internet Explorer 8 and then try it again. Chances are this is currently disabled in IE and once enabled the browse button should work properly (I was able to replicate this on my own IE8/Win7 setup.)
You can enable the compatibility view via the 'Tools' menu as shown here:

I am also having the same problem. I did everything you said, and still nothing. It's not just my logo either it's any image in my store that I try to change. I hope I can get this fixed soon as I have a Graphic Designer creating my logo as we speak and would like to use it once it's done. Thank you!

Hello SaySoSentiments,
When you try to do so, what happens when your unable to? Are you getting an error message or what seems to be the block that stops you from being able to edit the logo?
Of the above changes, is the compatibility mode still enabled when you try it and are unable to edit?
