Hi, I am shipping my goods from China by these companies such as fedex, ups, DHL and etc.

The problem is when i add another shipping method in the shipping profile, it says the country does not support the shipping option such as fedex, ups and etc which in fact it does



HELP PLEASE! Thanks

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion on this. In order to get the shipping to work correctly, please enter a US address as the "Ship-From Location" (even though the items are shipping from China). Please let us know should you continue to have trouble getting your shipping to work correctly after making that change.

One more question, is there a limit on how many product i can create and list on the vendio store platform?

There is no limit to the number of products you can create and list to your Vendio Store.
