Because this is a meta tag it should be added inside the <head> tag.
To add this to a template, you should edit the __head.html file and put that meta tag info there. You can put it as the first line of that file.
To edit the _head.html file you'll need to be in the template editor, then click to enable Advanced mode.
If you have trouble with this you can also email us your personal code and we'll paste it into this field on your behalf.
I have also uploaded your code into your storefront and published it for you.
You will however want to double check that the code is correct if it doesn't pass the verification process, as the code you have pasted here (and had in your storefront) was showing a few extra spaces and symbols where it shouldn't have had any.
